Three Easy Steps to Receive Door-to-Door Expert Oriental Rug Care "Anywhere in the Country"
Step 1
Call H. C. Nahigian & Sons at 847-676-2500 or e-mail your request. Please give us your name, address, including zip and your phone number. Then let us know how many rugs you will be sending to us with approximate sizes. Also, let us know how much insurance you would like on each rug. We will forward the Oriental Rug Service Kit to you. The kit includes plastic sleeves, end ties, and instructions on preparing your rugs for UPS. A $10.00 fee is taken at this time to cover the cost of the kit.
Step 2
You should receive your kit within 5 days of your request. Roll each rug from fringe end to fringe end and tie securely. The rug or several rugs if small can be slipped into the plastic sleeve and the ends secured with the end ties. When the packages are ready call our office and will arrange for UPS to make the pick up at your home the next day.
Step 3
When your rugs arrive we will call you, discuss your rugs with you, perform all services you request, call you when completed, and UPS your rugs back to your door.
